域多利華人宣道會是一間成立超過五十年的三語（粵語、國語、英語）華人教會，致力建立一個合神心意、跨世代、跨文化的信仰群體。目前教會設有粵語主日崇拜及四個粵語團契，粵語會眾約 110 人。
粵語堂牧者 將與主任牧師及長議會同心尋求神對教會的異象，參與教會整體策略規劃，並配合推動相關事工。 粵語堂牧者的主要職責是牧養及發展粵語事工，透過講道、教導、關顧及門徒培育，建立弟兄姊妹的屬靈生命。同時，牧師亦需積極促進三語會眾之間的交流、合作與合一，鼓勵各堂會彼此配搭，一同建立一間榮耀神、合一成長的三語教會。
年薪範圍： $47,000 至 $68,000 加元，實際薪酬將根據應徵者的工作經驗、學歷背景及資格條件而定。

Victoria Chinese Alliance Church is a trilingual (Cantonese, Mandarin, and English) Chinese church with a history of more than 50 years. We are committed to building a God-honoring, intergenerational, and multicultural faith community. Currently, the church offers a Cantonese Sunday worship service and four Cantonese fellowship groups, with approximately 110 Cantonese-speaking congregants.
The Cantonese Ministry Pastor will work alongside the Senior Pastor and the Elder Board in seeking God’s vision for the church, participating in overall strategic planning, and supporting the implementation of related ministries and initiatives. The primary focus of this role is to provide spiritual leadership and pastoral oversight for the Cantonese congregation through preaching, teaching, discipleship, pastoral care, leadership development, and evangelistic outreach. The Cantonese Ministry Pastor will also play an important role in fostering collaboration, unity, and mutual support among the church's Cantonese, Mandarin, and English-speaking ministries as we seek to grow together as one body in Christ.
Annual Salary range :
Full-time (40hrs / week) – $47,000 - $68,000, with compensation commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and ministry background.
